From the balconies of your cabins you can relax in a hammockand enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding natural landscape. The rustic cabins are well appointed, clean and contemporary in presentation, with quality beds, air conditioning and hot showers, offering the weary traveller a restful sleep.
Be prepared, though, to accept the symphony of the night, preformed incessantly by myriad insects and night birds, and at dawn, be awakened by the call of the wild birds as they begin the day searching for food.
The heart of the resort is the beautiful traditionally designed restaurant and administrative center, overlooking the beautiful placid lake. This grand building is constructed with spectacular salvaged log pillars and benches, framing the beautiful lake and the tall dipterocarp giants in the far background.
In this setting is the famous lakeside restaurant, where one can enjoy a cool drink in the heat of the day, or a sumptuous meal, all the while savoring the serene and beautiful lake and forest view. From this vantage, one can catch glimpses of the local wild birds and fishes, perhaps hunting monitor lizards too.
The Lakeside restaurant has of late acquired a reputation for high quality delicious meals, and with a compliment of beers, wines and cocktails, offers the hungry traveller a perfect cap toan adventurous and tiring day.
